The USAC Rural Health Care Program offers two distinct funding pathways. We support both programs, with specialized expertise in the Telecommunications Program.
Provides reduced rates for voice and telecommunications services for telemedicine and telehealth use.
Discount Model
Based on the urban-rural rate differential. You pay only what an urban provider would pay—USAC covers the difference.
Eligible Services
Provides funding for broadband connectivity, network equipment, and related infrastructure.
Discount Model
Flat 65% discount on eligible broadband connectivity expenses. You pay 35%.

The Process
During the USAC filing window, your facility posts a competitive bid request for telecom services.
CHARGER Access submits a competitive bid response detailing our services and rates.
You evaluate responses and select CHARGER Access. We sign a service agreement and get you set up.
You receive reliable telecom services with dedicated support from our in-house team.
