Program Description
Charger Access, LLC sends non-marketing text messages only to business contacts who represent current or prospective rural healthcare facility customers and who expressly opt in. The program supports the network and voice services we provide and the USAC Rural Health Care funding work we perform for those customers. If you opt in, you may receive:
- Service and network status notifications
- Installation and service appointment confirmations
- Account alerts and important notices
- Funding program filing deadline reminders
- Customer support communications
We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. Messages are not sent to patients, are not clinical communications, and never contain Protected Health Information.
Consent and Opt-In
You opt in by entering your mobile number on our website and ticking the text-message consent box, which is never pre-selected. Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services, and it is not bundled with acceptance of any other agreement.
